Our hiring process consists of two interviews and a test interview.
First interview: We screen your competences and evaluate the match between the job and you. At the interview, we focus on your motivation towards the particular opening, your competences and experiences from your resume.
Test interview: When the first interview is complete, we will ask you to complete a personality test from home, which we follow up with a test interview. At this interview, we discuss your personal characteristics, strengths and areas of development. Based on the test we prepare a personalised evaluation, which we go through during the second interview.
Second interview: Before the final interview, we will give you an assignment to be prepared beforehand. At the interview, we will ask you to present your findings followed by a dialogue. At the final interview, we primarily focus on your motivation towards the job opening and Insero as well as the personalised evaluation.
